FSAC-ACÉC Annual Conference, University of Ottawa | June 2 - 4, 2015

The Annual Conference of the Film Studies Association of Canada/Association Canadienne d’études cinematographiques (FSAC-ACÉC), held in conjunction with the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences, will be taking place from Tuesday, June 2 to Thursday, June 4, 2015. It is hosted by the University of Ottawa and will feature individual presentations, panels, workshops, round-tables, screenings, exhibitions and other events under the theme “Capital Ideas.” Cesif principal investigator Charles Acland and research coordinator Louis Pelletier will contribute to a workshop dedicated to Online Filmographies and Digital Databases. Pelletier will also be participating with a paper titled “National Colours: Kodachrome and the Emergence of Canadian Cinema.”
