"The film concentrates on a managers' meeting where various problems with the sales staff are aired. As the manager describes each problem, it is illustrated by clerks in the store. The problems are: improper billing of customers; insufficient address on packages for delivery; short-changing the customer when making change; and failure to provide a sales slip at the time of purchase. In the final section of the film, each of the previous examples is replayed, emphasizing the proper solution to the problems described."
