"This film shows the aims and accomplishments of Ducks Unlimited (Canada) and its continuing programs of building and rehabilitating wetlands in the prairie provinces, Canada's prime reproduction grounds. This conservation work is of vital importance to the survival of ducks and geese in North America. Contact is made and agreements reached with the landowners after specific areas have been chosen for construction projects, and the day to day operations of marshland management which lead to the reproduction of ducks are seen both in winter and summer. The story is narrated by Bing Crosby, who also makes special appearances in the film."
