"Approximately 20 children display wounds, scars or physical deformities while the narrator explains how they got them and what kind of help the Rotary Club was able to provide. Problems cover burns, cleft palates, infantile paralysis, crossed eyes, congenital dislocation of the hip, club feet, loss of limbs, etc. Assistance ranges from braces through corrective surgery. The narrator emphasizes the need for specialized job training for these children and the loss of school time for the children who must attend school with no provision for handicapped children."
