"This film details the operations of the Miner Rubber Company, which was founded in Granby, Quebec, in 1909. Footage includes: aerial shots of Granby; street scenes; parks; interior and exterior footage of the factory; company vehicles; a step by step description of how rubber is processed, vulcanized, and manufactured into high quality products for the consumer, outdoor, and industrial markets around the world. Shots of design teams and factory workers making canvas shoes, tennis shoes, construction boots, rubber boots, waterproof clothing. Also, footage of a special luncheon honouring employees who have been with the company for thirty years. Company President W.H. Miner and General Manager John Miner are shown."
