"The film features outdoor lighting after sunset, for beauty, safety and recreation. It assists in sparking new lighting ideas for communities. Aside from short introductory sentences there is no commentary. Two young dancers appear throughout, dancing in such spots as outside Toronto's City Hall. The film dramatically demonstrates effective lighting in parks and outdoor sports arenas."
