"Part 2 of a four-part series which suggests various arts and crafts activities for children. FINGER PAINTING first provides a detailed recipe for making paint, using starch, soap flakes and colour powder. The painting techniques of three children are then presented, showing the effects of using different parts of the hand and other objects to spread the paint. Various uses are suggested for the finished product, including book covers."
