"A promotional film based on Dan Gibson and Keith Latter's three month adventure in Algonquin Park. Dan Gibson and Keith Latter register at the Algonquin Park gate and take in some sights. Fauna abounds in the park with deer and black bear. Park landmark, the Highland Inn Hotel. Camp Ahmek, a Taylor Statten camp for boys on Canoe Lake. Activities include swimming lessons and water polo, canoeing instruction and solo canoeing. Younger boys on pirate ship ride. Naturalist Stuart Thompson teaches boys about flora and fauna in the park. Trail riding on horseback. Overnight canoe trip. Camp Wapomeo for girls on Canoe Lake. Activities include sailing, watercolour painting on the dock, and swimming. Fall colours along roadside. Fire tower. Canadian National Railway lines and stations in the park. Bass fishing. Women obtain camping permit for canoe trip. Fall colours along water and sunset."
