"A film on the operation of the Cockshutt Company during the war. In Part 1, a farmer and a sailor chat about their respective war efforts. Interior views of a Cockshutt plant; men and women building aircraft fuselage out of plywood. Similar sequences in Part 2 and cuts to an Avro Lancaster, transport version, taxiing. War workers make shells and grenades and build truck chassis and bodies. Long sequences on the construction of agricultural machinery. Exteriors of farm, barnyard and Cockshutt implements at work. Various farming operations are shown in Part 3: hay harvest, tobacco, flax and wheat harvests and some processing. Sequences on fall ploughing, tilling, etc., with Cockshutt machinery."
