"A record of the 1953 Canadian Open Golf Championship, held in July at the Scarboro Golf and Country Club, Sarboro, Ontario, under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Golf Association. Scenes include: the introduction of the main competitors during practice, the four day tournament, and the awards presentation. The winner was Dave Douglas of the United States. Pat Fletcher won the Rivermead Cup for being the top Canadian Finalist."
