"A wave of street shootings by Saskatoon youngsters started Sergeant Hilmer Nordstrum of the Saskatoon City Police on a campaign to find a place where boys could legitimately indulge in target-shooting. This documentary shows how, helped by public-spirited citizens, the sergeant organized a boy's rifle club. There, besides enjoying organized shooting practice, the children learn leadership through club activities. Now, full of enthusiasm, after a sticky start, the youngsters see that the club's waiting list is kept filled with names of would-be members."
