"This film consists of several sequences of cine-film showing boundaries of various crystals migrating under various conditions. The materials used are hexachloraethane, camphor, borneol, and carbontetrabromine. The conditions are the formation of sub-boundaries during high temperature deformation, grain growth, the interactions between boundaries and inclusions, recrystallization and grain growth in a scratch, and secondary recrystallization."
