"The province of Newfoundland. This promotional film takes the viewer on tour of Newfoundland's industry, system of transportation, and tourist sites. It consists of sequences on cod fish processing, iron ore mining, Cornerbrook's pulp and paper mill, and sports fishing. A steamer takes a trip along the coast of Newfoundland visiting various outports. Noteworthy pictorials include: the town of Port-Aux-Basques, Gander Airport, and Eskimos entering a Moravian church at Hopedale."
