"This film consists of three one-minute commercials produced by the Saskatchewan Department of Health for their AWARENESS PROGRAM. The first commercial, DRIVING TEST, shows the results alcohol produces when six of Saskatchewan's top race and rally drivers run a course after having had a few drinks: 'Alcohol makes you care less.' THE PUSHERS is an animated cartoon depicting different types of hosts who insist on pushing drinks down their guests' throats: Wally What'll-It-Be, Tallulah Topper, Harry Heavyhand, and Ralph the Round-Buyer. The final commercial spot, FINE LINE, is an animated cartoon about what can happen at a party if one person exceeds his limit and gets very drunk."
